Important Note: The Silmaril is a pure eyedropper filled through the nib hole. In order to create the suspended ink effect it cannot accept a cartridge or converter. The nib is removed and it is filled through that hole. The Jowo #6 nib is then threaded back into the pen in order to complete the seal. As with all eyedroppers a touch of silicon grease on the nib threads is beneficial! While this is likely not an on the go ink refill candidate, having one less removable part also means it has one less part that can leak. It’s also quite easy to disassemble and clean.
